Thank you for shopping with POP AURA. We are committed to ensuring that your artwork and design purchases are delivered safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures. 


1. General Information

Processing Time

Digital Art Prints: Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.

Original Artwork: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom design orders may take longer, and processing time will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  
Shipping Days

 We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

  
2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

 

International Shipping 

Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days.

Express International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.  

4. Packaging and Handling

Original Artwork: Original artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use sturdy boxes and appropriate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

Digital Prints: Digital prints are shipped in protective tubes or flat packages, depending on the size and nature of the print.

 

5. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  

6. Shipping Restrictions

 P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  

7. Loss or Damage

 Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged package and item(s) for us to assist you with a replacement or refund.
